Golf Champion Jeff Sluman Sells Florida Townhouse for $3.65 Million

The three-story, three-bedroom house sold for the same amount the PGA winner paid for it in 2017.

Six-time PGA Tour champion Jeffrey G. Sluman has just sold his waterfront townhouse in Delray Beach, Florida, for $3.65 million—the same price he paid for it three years ago.

The property, which was listed by Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman, sold on Tuesday, according to property records. Mr. Sluman bought the home in 2017, according to property records, and listed it in December 2019 for $3.995 million. The identity of the buyer could not immediately be determined.

The three-story townhouse, which is three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a couple of blocks from the beach, is one of only 10 units in the exclusive Seagate Yacht Club, located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Built in 2016, the 4,486-square-foot townhouse is on a 3,437-square-foot-lot and has three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath.
