Flex Seal Family of Products founder Phil Swift has closed on the highest sale ever in Gulfstream Florida. 1275 N Ocean Blvd, located in Delray Beach was listed for $21,950,000 with Devin Kay and Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman on July 3, 2020 the property went into contract 20 days later with Phil & Ana Swift as the buyers represented by Helen Barraza Fried of The Keyes Company. The Flex Seal entrepreneur has purchased the property for $20,000,000.
