An ocean to Intracoastal estate in posh Manalapan sold for $10 million this month, more than $1 million less than its asking price.The 11,000-square-foot home at 1420 S Ocean Boulevard is decorated in all white hues, from white carpeting and white wood floors to white furnishings and drapes.The buyer is an LLC controlled by Steven and Mindy Baronoff. Steven Baronoff is chairman of global mergers and acquisitions for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, brokering deals such as Proctor & Gamble’s acquisition of Gillette.
