Florida cities land the most top spots on the luxury home list according to a Florida Realtors post yesterday. Throughout the nation, luxury home listings and sales grew at a stable rate over the last year as reported by Coldwell Banker Previews International’s latest annual Luxury Market Report.
The report ranked the top 20 cities into two categories (Closed Sales and Listings) with three sub-categories ($1M+, $5M+ and $10M+). Florida cities ranked ‘in the most top spots for high-priced real estate, with luxury sales posting double-digit growth in Miami, Naples and Palm Beach’. Please see full article.
