Legendary rocker, Keith Richards just listed his New York City duplex for $11.99 million with Douglas Elliman. The Greenwich Village duplex is located at 1 Fifth Avenue and was on the market last year for $12.23M.
The Rolling Stones guitarist and his wife, Patti Hansen purchased the unit in 2014 for $10.5 million. The unit features a large open dining/entertainment space, four bedrooms and three private terraces. According to the New York Post article, ‘It’s an exquisite apartment. What makes it so unusual is that it has rock and roll touches and high-end modern finishes ‘“ in a classic, prewar building.’ The duplex is listed with New York’s Douglas Elliman agents Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Adam Widener.
