Several Palm Beach agents were named among the crème de la crème in Florida when Douglas Elliman Real Estate handed out its national “Ellie” awards Tuesday during a ceremony at the Mohegan Sun resort in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The island-based Leavitt McIntosh Team, led by agents Christopher Leavitt and Ashley McIntosh, tied for first place in the Top Teams category, based on gross commission income last year. The agents shared the No. 1 slot with The Carroll Group of Miami. The Leavitt McIntosh Team also includes agents Jordan Elsen, Robert Kemp, Heather Mahoney and Adam McPherson.
Palm Beach agent Gary Pohrer landed in the No. 2 slot among the agency’s top agents in the Sunshine State. He trailed only Oren Alexander, based out of Miami Beach. Pohrer was also the No. 1 Elliman agent in Palm Beach County.
The Florida awards covered sales among agents in South Florida and St. Petersburg, according to the agency.
Awards presented to agents in Palm Beach County included team awards for The Senada Adzem Team of Boca Raton (No. 5), The Randy & Nick Team of Delray Beach (No. 7) and The Cotilla Luxury Team of Boca (No. 9). Those three teams also received Pinnacle Club Awards.
