PGA star Jeff Sluman has swung a sale of his Delray Beach, Fla., townhouse. The contemporary beauty closed for $3.65 million at the end of March.
Sluman purchased the South Florida residence in 2017 for exactly the same price. Two years later, he placed the property on the market for $4 million. It sat on the market for a year with no movement, until the golfer decided to forgo a profit and accept an offer at the price he paid.
Nicholas Malinosky of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Pamela Stolle Agran of Lang Realty represented the buyer.
