The man who gave us “Paul Blart Mall Cop” and “The King Of Queens” just spent $14 million on an enormous six-bedroom oceanfront estate in Delray Beach, Florida.
Apparently, Kevin James has been eyeing this property for a while and was able to get it for less than the $15,950,000 it was originally listed at. The property was recently renovated both inside and out. A team of architects and interior designers redesigned and upgraded the oceanfront mansion according to property records.
James’ purchase of a Delray Beach mansion for $14 million, with the help of Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman, set off a press flurry across the globe.
