Forbes has ranked 20 of the World’s Most Expensive Billionaire Homes and the locations and price tags are amazing. In recent years, billionaires have been trading multi-million dollar real estate paying record sums for trophy home quietly selling some of their other properties quietly through brokers. According to a recent report from Savills, a global real estate services provider, the super luxury end of the world’s most expensive housing market has been ‘so intense over the last seven years that it has led to a doubling of property values in this super luxury housing sector’.
