Florida Grabs Top 3 Hottest Real Estate Markets for 2017 according to a Coastal Living article. According to the article, Trulia recently published its ‘list of the 10 hottest real estate markets to watch in 2017’ and Florida not only ranked in the top three but dominated the list with 6 of the 10 locations. Delray Beach, made an appearance at number 7 with Fort Lauderdale coming in at number 8.
Trulia based the rankings on five criteria including job growth and affordability. Here are the Top 10 Markets:
