Ranked as the #1 Luxury Team in the Beach Area, Randy and Nick have been top producers at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since 2005 when the company acquired Randy Ely’s top brokerage firm, Allmon, Tiernan & Ely, Inc. Randy has been a luxury real estate agent in South Florida for almost 30 years and Nick joined Randy’s firm in 2004. Together, these two industry leaders specialize in the oceanfront, waterfront and beach area properties of Manalapan, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream, Delray Beach and Highland Beach.
With over $75 million in sales in the 1st Quarter of 2017, it is easy to understand how Randy and Nick are nationally ranked each year at the top of the luxury market by RealTrends, Wall Street Journal, NRT and more.
When asked about the move to Douglas Elliman, Nick Malinosky replied, ‘We are very excited about joining the Douglas Elliman team. Matching our luxury brand with a company that is recognized nationally and globally provides an unlimited reach. With 19 offices in Florida alone and many networking opportunities throughout the country, this is the perfect fit for us. Our business model is client focused and joining Douglas Elliman allows us to offer even greater exposure and opportunities for our sellers, buyers and the luxury properties we represent. We know the possibilities are endless.’
The Randy & Nick Team hit the ground running this week attending several Douglas Elliman training sessions and meetings not to mention the exciting Ellie Awards Ceremony on Friday. All of this is in addition to managing their normal real estate activities. When asked how the transition was going, one team member said, ‘There is an exciting energy at Douglas Elliman and we are thrilled to be part of it all.’
