The Real Deal South Florida Real Estate News just released that Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky have left Douglas Elliman Real Estate for Douglas Elliman. With more than $1 billion in sales to their name, this luxury real estate team focuses on the coastal communities of South Florida with record sales in Manalapan, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream and Delray Beach.
Randy and Nick have a 2017 year-to-date sales volume of over $75 million including the record setting sale of 3333 North Ocean Boulevard which sold for $18.5 million in February.
