Alexa Malnik is a driven and passionate individual originally from Upstate New York. After graduating from the University of Miami, Alexa pursued a career as a Pilates instructor, helping clients achieve their fitness goals while sharing her love for a healthy lifestyle. With a natural talent for social media and a keen eye for detail, Alexa also worked as a social media manager, where she developed her skills in digital marketing and content creation. Alexa joined Nicholas Malinosky’s Team in 2023 and uses her talents to showcase luxury properties along the South Florida coastline.

When not working, Alexa loves to travel and explore new cultures. Her wanderlust has taken her to many corners of the world, and she is always eager to learn more about different countries and their unique customs. Driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others, Alexa is an organized and optimistic individual with excellent communication and people skills. Her upbeat personality and positive attitude make her a joy to work with, and she is always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. Alexa and her husband met at the University of Miami and are pleased to make Boca Raton their home.
