Kathryn Anderson

Kathryn Anderson is pleased to be working with Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky as the team administrator. With over 30 years of real estate experience and knowledge of the beach area, Kathryn is a perfect fit for the team. She specifically handles the team’s contracts, listing maintenance, and client management.

A sixth-generation Floridian, Kathryn Anderson was born and raised in Delray Beach. With strong ties to the community, Kathryn’s family has been in the Delray Beach area since the 1930s when both sets of her grandparents began their farming careers.

Kathryn began her real estate career in 1986 while attending the University of Georgia. Upon graduating from UGA, Kathryn moved back to Delray Beach and became a licensed Sales Associate, and was hired by Randy Ely in 2002 to join the Allmon, Tiernan & Ely staff. She continued as the Office Manager of Corcoran Group’s Delray office until June 2015 when she joined Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky as a full-time licensed assistant. The Randy & Nick Team was pleased to join Douglas Elliman Delray Beach in 2017 where Kathryn serves as the team administrator.

Kathryn was educated locally in Delray Beach at Trinity Lutheran School and Atlantic High School. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a second degree from Claremont Montessori Institute.

Kathryn and her husband Wayne reside in Delray Beach, Florida. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys traveling with her husband to Western North Carolina, Hilton Head Island, and any location globally where her husband is coaching American football. Kathryn and Wayne have two adult children and six grandchildren.
