Randy & Nick Sell Ocean Ridge Property for Record $19.88M

A five-bedroom Ocean Ridge home that served as the backdrop for country music artist Jenny Tolman’s music video “Something to Complain About” has sold for $19.88 million.

Although it was listed for as much as $24.95 million, the recent sale to Freedom Mortgage Corp. founder and CEO Stanley Middleman and wife Roslyn was still high enough to set a new record for the Ocean Ridge area.

Gulf Stream Estate Sold by Randy and Nick Goes for $14.25m

British millionaire Peter Lampl sold his Gulf Stream estate for a discounted $14.25 million, property records show.

Lampl, a philanthropist and founder of the Sutton Company, a private equity firm in New York City, London and Munich, sold the nearly 2-acre estate at 3545 North Ocean Boulevard to Gulf Stream Ocean Properties FL LLC. The buyer lists a San Francisco address.

Oceanfront Mansion in Delray Sells for Nearly $27 million

The oceanfront estate at 901 S. Ocean Blvd. in Delray Beach sold Thursday for $26.75 million.

The 13,000-square-foot mansion, built in 2014, last sold in 2015 for $19 million, according to property records. At the time, it was the most ever paid for a Delray Beach property — but that record quickly was eclipsed by the $34 million sale of the property at 921 S. Ocean Blvd. in 2016.

In the latest trade for 901 S. Ocean Blvd., Devin Kay of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, William Powers. Nicholas Malinosky of Douglas Elliman’s Sports & Entertainment Division represented the buyer, whose identity he didn’t disclose.

Douglas Elliman represented both sides of the deal, with Devin Kay with Douglas Elliman as the listing broker and Nicholas Malinosky with Douglas Elliman Sports & Entertainment Division as the Buyer Broker.

Country music artist Jenny Tolman picked a gorgeous spot in Ocean Ridge for the music video to go with her new song “Something to Complain About.” The CMT star filmed her video inside a Palm Beach estate listed for $24.95 million. Located at 6161 N Ocean Blvd, this 13,542-square-foot home is designed by Mark Timothy Inc, Affiniti Architects and Marc-Michaels Interior Design.

The listing agents for the property are Nick Malinosky & Randy Ely with Douglas Elliman.

Digital Marketing Guru Pays $11M for Delray Beach Mansion

Digital marketing pioneer Jeffrey Herzog and wife Jill Herzog paid $10.59 million for a mansion in GL Homes’ Stone Creek Ranch community in west Delray Beach.

G.L. Signature Homes, an affiliate of the Sunrise-based homebuilder, sold the 21,030-square-foot mansion at 9480 Bent Grass Court to the Herzogs. The price equates to $504 per square foot.

Nick Malionsky with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer in the deal.

Tomas Maier Sells One of His Florida Homes for $9.5 Million

Sadly for anyone hoping to take a peek into the no doubt stylish interiors of the home, there are no available listing images, but we’re told that it has been kitted in cypress paneling and terra-cotta tiles.

That house, which is about 20 miles south of Palm Beach, set them back $7.3 million in 2006, but while they made a profit, the final sale price is still less than the $10.95 million they were seeking.

Douglas Elliman’s Nicholas Malinosky and Randy Ely represented Maier and Preston. A spokesperson for Maier declined to comment on the sale.

Tomas Maier Sells Oceanfront Gulf Stream Home

Fashion designer Tomas Maier and his husband Andrew Preston just sold their oceanfront Gulf Stream home for $9.5 million, property records show.

David J. McCabe, acting as trustee of The East Bluff Trust, paid $1,515 per square foot for the 6,270-square-foot home at 3377 North Ocean Boulevard. Built in 1980, the two-story house features a pool and 100 feet of ocean frontage, records show.

Douglas Elliman’s Nicholas Malinosky and Randy Ely represented the sellers. Broker Jeremy Olsher of Mizner Residential Realty LLC brought the buyer. The home hit the market in November for $10.95 million, meaning it sold at a 13 percent discount off its original asking price.
