 Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky joined Douglas Elliman in April. A top team in South Florida, the two Realtors accumulated more than $75 million in sales in the first quarter of 2017.

New Spec Home in Ocean Ridge Hits the Market for $24.9M

A new oceanfront spec home under construction in Ocean Ridge just hit the market for $24.9 million.

The 13,542-square-foot mansion at 6161 North Ocean Boulevard was designed by Affinity Architecture and developed by Mark Pulte’s Mark Timothy Homes. The price equates to $1,839 per square foot.

Douglas Elliman’s Nicholas Malinosky has the listing.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom and three half-bath estate is set for completion in September, according to a press release.

Millionaire Philanthropist Lists Gulf Stream Estate for $21M

British millionaire philanthropist Peter Lampl is looking to sell his South Florida vacation home.

Lampl is listing the nearly 2-acre estate at 3545 North Ocean Boulevard in Gulf Stream for $20.95 million with Douglas Elliman’s Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinosky. Property records show the Sutton Company owns the beachfront home. A notice of commencement filed in 1999 lists Lampl as the true owner. Ely and Malinosky declined to name the owners, which they identified only as British, but said they are listing the property because they aren’t using the vacation home as much as they used to.

Douglas Elliman recruits brokers with over $1B in luxury home sales

Two of the most productive luxury real estate brokers for the Corcoran Group in Palm
Beach County have joined rival firm Douglas Elliman.

Randy Ely and Nicholas Malinsky together have brokered more than $1 billion in home
sales during their careers, including $75 million in the first quarter of this year. The
brokers have regularly sold homes for $10 million-plus in cities like Boca Raton,
Manalapan, Delray Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge and Highland Beach.

They joined Douglas Elliman’s new office in Delray Beach and will specialize in the high-end coastal market.

Delray Mansion Sold for Palm Beach Price by Randy & Nick

A newly-built oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach sold this month for $19 million to a trust just days after completion.

The notice of termination of construction at 901 S. Ocean Blvd. was signed Feb. 4, followed by the $19 million deed six days later.

Luxury Homebuilder Mark Timothy built home sold by Randy and Nick for $13.6M

Luxury homebuilder Mark Timothy has sold a newly built oceanfront estate in Boynton Beach for $13.6 million, county records show.

The 11,000-square-foot mansion at 6125 North Ocean Boulevard has five bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, according to the listing. The Boca Raton-based developer paid $5.5 million for the 1.2-acre property in June.
